1. Information:
Amazon highly respects the issue of Brand of the products it sells.
If Amazon finds that the product being sold is counterfeit or listed with incorrect branding, the ASIN will be removed and may lead to account deactivate (Misbrand)
2. Requirements:
Provide account login information or share account permissions to sub-accounts.
Provide purchase invoice, information on the form of sale (FBA/FBM), order quantity, supplier information (if any)
Account has submitted appeal less than 3 times, never sent Invoice
The brand is not too big (big brands such as Microsoft, Nintendo …)
Note: You should contact us to handle it as soon as possible, if you submit the wrong appeal yourself, it may lead to account deactivated.
