1. Information:
Customers complain about the quality of old products but advertised and sold as new (Use Sold as New). Amazon prohibits this selling behavior. If this infringement is violated many times, it may lead to account deactivated.
2. Requirements:
Provide account login information or share account permissions to sub-accounts.
Provide purchase invoice, information on the form of sale (FBA/FBM), order quantity, supplier information (if any)
Account has submitted appeal less than 3 times, never sent Invoice
The brand is not too big (big brands such as Microsoft, Nintendo …)
